วิธีทำ

1.File > New >ปรับWidth = 300 pixels , ปรับHeight = 150 pixels เปลี่ยนตรงBackground Contents เลือกเป็น Background Color > OK

2.เลือกเครื่องมือ Tyep Tool พิมพ์ข้อความที่ต้องการ ทีละLeyer >รวมLayer (Ctrl+E) ยกเว้นLayer Background

3.คลิกที่ Add a layer style >Outer Glow... >ปรับOpacity = 100 >ที่Color Picker ใส่ค่าเป็น 94bee6 ที่แถบElements ปรับSpread = 23 , Size = 10 > OK

4.Copy Layer (Ctrl+J) >ไปที่เมนูFilter > Blur > Motion Blur ปรับค่าAngle = 90 , Distance = 10 >OK

5.New Layer ขึ้นมาใหม่ >ไปที่เครื่องมือBrush Tool ไปที่Brush (ด้านบน) > กดที่สามเหลี่ยมด้านบนขวามือ เลือก Wet Media Brushes > OK > เลือกScattered Dry Brush Small Tip > ทำการแต้มลงไปหนึ่งครั้ง แล้ว New Layer ขึ้นมาใหม่ เพื่อแต้มอีกครั้ง ทำแบบนี้ไปเรื่อย ๆ จนเราพอใจแล้ว

6.เลือกBrush(ด้านบน) > คลิกที่สามเหลี่ยมด้านบนขวามือ > เลือก Assorted Brusher > เลือก Crosshatch 4 แต้มลงไปหนึ่งครั้ง แล้ว New Layer ขึ้นมาใหม่ เพื่อแต้มอีกครั้ง ทำแบบนี้ไปเรื่อย ๆ จนเราพอใจแล้ว

7.ไปที่เครื่องมือEdit in ImageReady >ไปที่เมนู Window >เรียกเครื่องมือ Animation ในภาพแรกของAnimation ให้ปิดตาLayer ทั้งหมด ยกเว้น Layer Background และLayer ที่รวมตัวอักษร

8.ปรับเวลาที่ Seleccte framedelay time  > กด Duplictes current fame(เพื่อnew layer ขึ้นมาใหม่) เมื่อnew layer ขึ้นมา หนึ่งlayer ก็ให้เปิดตา ทีหนึ่ง ทำแบบนี้ไปเรื่อย ๆ จนครบ
